1. Order Verification
To ensure authenticity and secure logistics, all orders submitted through our web portal are subject to automated or manual phone/SMS verification. Our dispatch team will call or text your registered phone number prior to shipment. We reserve the right to cancel or place a hold on any order that fails this verification process.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Shipping
We provide nationwide Cash on Delivery (COD) shipping services within Pakistan. Shipping is free for urban delivery regions. Orders typically arrive within 2 to 4 working days of dispatch verification. Courier personnel are authorized to collect the full invoice amount prior to opening the parcel unless open-box check was explicitly pre-authorized by our team.
3. Pricing and Product Description
Our stone-ground sprouted barley base and organic infusions are priced individually as shown during configuration. We strive to guarantee pricing integrity; however, we reserve the right to decline or correct orders containing incorrect pricing totals resulting from technical errors or website glitches.
4. Returns & Replacements
Due to the perishable, organic nature of our stone-ground barley products and infusions, we do not accept returns. However, we stand behind the premium quality of our grains. If your package arrives damaged, compromised, or incorrect, we will issue a free replacement. Please report any issues to our customer support within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package.
